Reship & Order Issue Policy

At NextGenPeps, we take pride in the accuracy and care we put into every order. If there is an issue with your shipment, we are committed to making it right. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we will reship an order, and how to initiate a claim.

Guaranteed Reship: Wrong Item Sent

If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, we will reship the correct item at no additional charge. This is our unconditional guarantee.

To qualify, please:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
  • Provide a clear photo of the item(s) received.
  • Describe the discrepancy between what was ordered and what arrived.

Once confirmed, we will process your reship promptly. There is no strict reporting deadline for wrong-item claims — we want to ensure every customer receives exactly what they paid for, whenever the issue is discovered.

Case-by-Case Reship Situations

The following situations may also qualify for a reship, subject to review on a case-by-case basis:

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and, if appropriate, arrange a reship.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before opening fully, then reach out to our support team. Damage claims are reviewed individually and a reship or resolution will be offered where warranted.

Stolen / Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we understand this can be a frustrating experience. While we cannot guarantee a reship in all stolen/missing package cases, we will review each situation individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Photos where applicable (wrong item, damaged packaging, etc.).
